In this
NodeMCU ESP8266 project, I have shown how to make a home automation system using NodeMCU and BlynkApp
With this IoT project,
you can control 2 home appliances with manual switches & Blynk IoT app from Anywhere in the world through the internet. And in this project, I add a Green & Red LED It will check if the internet is available. If the internet is available and the connection is established then Green led will glow. In case the internet is not available Red light will glow.

How does it work?

The working of this project is simple. Here NodeMCU is the brain of this project which takes action as per the code. This wifi module gets connected to the internet and sends/receives data from the Blynk app.

Once the project is powered up you the code will check if the internet is available. If the internet is available and the connection is established then Green led will glow. In case the internet is not available Red light will glow. Relays will control the AC appliances and switches can also be used to turn on/off the devices. With this smart home project, you can also monitor the real-time status of the relay module in the Blynk app. If WiFi is available the ESP8266 will automatically connect with the WiFi. So If you follow all the steps, you can easily make this Smart Home automation system With NodeMCU
